OverclockedApps ("we", "our", or "us") built ShiftClock: Hours & Pay ("ShiftClock", "the App") as a productivity application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

We do not collect any personal data. ShiftClock is designed to work entirely offline. All data you enter into the App — including work shifts, hours, pay rates, projects, and settings — is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

All App data is stored locally on your device using the device's built-in storage. This means:

• Your data remains entirely under your control.
• We have no access to your data at any time.
• Your data is not backed up to our servers.
• Uninstalling the App will delete all locally stored data unless you have created your own backups.

Since we do not collect or have access to your data, we do not share, sell, or transfer any user data to third parties. There are no analytics services, advertising networks, or third-party SDKs in the App that collect your information.

4. Third-Party Services

ShiftClock does not integrate with any third-party services that collect personal information. The App functions entirely offline and does not require an internet connection.

5. Children's Privacy

ShiftClock does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since all data is stored locally and never transmitted, the App is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Because your data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted over the internet, the security of your data is governed by your device's own security measures. We recommend using a device passcode or biometric lock to protect your data.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your information at all times. You can view, modify, or delete your data directly within the App. Uninstalling the App will remove all associated data from your device.
